I work in the field of life and the many different types of loss. 100% of us will experience multiple forms of loss. That is a part of life. However, the clients I work with do not necessarily recognise these as loss or grief. Until they do! The validation washes over their faces, I can feel their nervous system beginning to feel safe. Not comfortable but safe. They feel seen, heard, loved, validated, and connected.
Have you suffered any of these types of loss?
If you have suffered any of these losses and feel stuck, stuck in the quicksand, with the feelings of hopelessness or there is no way out. You haven’t connected the dots but now you are thinking perhaps this is why you feel ‘off’ like something needs to change. Please reach out because this is my zone of genius!
I would love for you to share this with someone who would benefit.
