Grief is a lonely road but you do not need to do it alone.
While grief and loss can manifest in many forms beyond the death of a loved one, this training addresses the complexities of all types of loss, including but not limited to relationship breakdowns, job loss, and significant life changes.
Research indicates that approximately one in ten workers experience a significant loss, a figure that likely surged during the pandemic, with recent studies suggesting that up to 24% of employees face some form of loss in any given year.
How prepared is your organisation to support employees navigating their grief upon returning to work? While many companies have resources for employees coming back from long-term sick leave or maternity leave, the support for those dealing with grief can often be overlooked.
It is ok if you do not have anything in place. That is where I come in.
My 90-minute training program is aimed at helping HR Managers, Directors, CEO’s, Supervisors and your management team. You will gain a better understanding of what a grieving person may be going through and how you can support them so they feel valued and seen.
You do NOT need to carry the burden and feel as if you must be their counsellor, therapist or coach. However, you will learn tools on how to navigate this time for your employee, other members of staff and yourself.
